All orders international from Australia are dispatched within 1-2 days and are posted via Australia Post.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15 and Express Shipping is $20

TRACKING

Once your Bella Skin order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email supplied when creating your order and will have the tracking numbers / links for you to track your order.

RETURNS

Please note we do not offer free returns. Due to the nature of or products and for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns unless they are in ORIGINAL unused condition. We are happy to accept returns for items (in original unused condition) on all items except sale items.  

If you find yourself needing to cancel your order, we ask that you email us at

 within the FIRST HOUR of placing the order. Title the email 'Cancel Order' and include your order number and email address. Any orders wanting to be cancelled after that window will NOT be accepted.
